Please unzip the downloaded file to a folder instead of taking it out directly.
You can place folders under paths you don’t commonly use.
Then create a shortcut to the file palserver-agent.
Finally, place the created palserver-agent shortcut in your frequently used place.
Do not place the folder web separately from the file palserver-agent
Otherwise, it will cause the situation that it cannot be used normally.
